In everything they are around 10.000 bottiglis and for our osptis the possibility to purchase bottles for there I remove. tastings and special suppers are periodically organized.
The wine cellar unties him in a run of rooms, burrows and caveaux, where the impassioned ones can let him inebriate from the numerous bottles and from some fascinating label to stop then in the saletta tasting, that 2 grilles in old beaten iron allow to glimpse: on one side the room of the times and from the other that of the important red.
The name is taken by a mythological character: the woodmen of once, after having worked the whole day, by now exhausted you/they were recalled by the Anguana, a very beautiful woman but with the feet of goat, just as a siren of the wood, and, attracted, you/they were abducted by this woman of fable. Recalling this figure, to the attraction toward the splendid Universe of the wine the name has been given: The Anguana del Vin.

Tivoli, Monaco Sport Hotel Villa Clizia were honored at Vinitaly the
quality of their cellars. The Jury of Award wine list catering in Veneto
", coordinated by Dino Marks, president of the Italian Sommelier of the
Veneto, has added three restaurants in Belluno best of the 15 listed.
Graziano Prest (Tivoli, Cortina)
Robert Hill (Villa Clizia, Mas sixteen)
and Sergio De Candido (Monaco Sport Hotel, Santo Stefano di
Cadore)
have accepted the award Saturday during a ceremony conducted by
journalist Frances Cheyenne radio RTL 102.5, housed in the institutional
stand of the Veneto Region in the presence of the same Dino Marks and
national president of AIS Terence Medrano. "
It 'was a difficult and demanding - Marks said - in a thrilling race
that saw the participation of 150 restaurants.
The wine lists are a sort of calling card wine essential and
fundamental premises that offer the cuisine of one of the most flavorful
in the world. " Emotional impact, readability, clarity in identifying
wines, transparency in the indication of prices, originality,
consistency and harmony with the local cuisine and its proposals were
the main criteria which the judges took into account the award of prizes
.
Great satisfaction for the three restaurateurs Belluno and also for
